
Currently serving as a Senior Consultant with the Tan Tock Seng
Hospital Otorhinolaryngology Department.
He completed his medical school training at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and went on to complete his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Singapore. During his residency, He obtained membership with the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland, and a Masters of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology) from NUS. He is an accredited specialist by the
Singapore Medical Council and is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
Dr Fung manages general Ear, Nose and Throat disorders, and has a sub-speciality
interest in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Following the completion of his surgical residency training, he was awarded the
prestigious Ministry of Health Scholarship for fellowship training. He completed a one-
year fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Seoul, South Korea
under the guidance of Professor Jang Yong Ju from the renowned Asan Medical
Center, a tertiary centre with one of the highest patient volumes in South Korea.
